When you purchase something from our company, as part of the buying and selling process, Anycolor Consumables collects the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Certain products or services may be available exclusively through Anycolor Consumables Out-of-Warranty Printer Services. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
Anycolor Consumables reserves the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. Anycolor Consumables may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. Anycolor Consumables reserves the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that Anycolor Consumables offers. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. Anycolor Consumables reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
Service levels and response times for Anycolor Consumables Care Packs and other HP services may vary depending on your geographic location. Service starts on the date of product hardware purchase.
Parts
In repairing your product under your product’s warranty or extended service contract, Anycolor Consumables may use new, used or reconditioned parts, as permitted by the terms of such warranty or extended service contract. If repairing parts outside of the warranty or extended service contract, Anycolor Consumables may use new, used or reconditioned parts. Anycolor Consumables will retain any replaced part as its property, and the replacement part will be your property. Replaced parts may be repairable and are exchanged or repaired by Anycolor Consumables for value. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby waive any right you may have to receive any replaced parts. If applicable law requires Anycolor Consumables to return a replaced part to you, you agree to pay Anycolor Consumables the additional cost of the replacement item.
Customer may need to incur additional costs related to part purchase for repair of defective printers outside the standard warranty or extended service contract.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Anycolor Consumables reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
Anycolor Consumables shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service
Cancellation
An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
Security
To protect your personal information, Anycolor Consumables takes reasonable precautions and follows industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
Health & Safety
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
Backup of Data Information
Anycolor Consumables is not liable for loss or corruption of data or your confidential, proprietary or personal information or removable data. Before receiving repair service, you should make a backup copy of your data and remove any confidential, proprietary or personal information and removable media such as floppy disks, CDs or PC cards.
Exchanges (If applicable)
Anycolor Consumables only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at (803) 305-5098. You may be requested to send the defective device back to Anycolor Consumables.
Return/Refunds
Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on a complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, the seller is not responsible for providing a refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
Once your refund request is received by our support specialists, the claim will be reviewed and an Anycolor Consumables representative will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Shipping charges for defective devices will be covered by Anycolor Consumables; other returns must be covered by the customers. Hewlett Packard, where applicable, will provide a pre-paid return label.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Policies
Unless specified otherwise, shipping will be paid by Anycolor Consumables both ways at time of purchase. Additional shipping charges may apply based on customer location. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item, including shipping (if paid by customer), will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Shipping costs may double if shipping internationally.
Compliants
Any complaints on service may be submitted to Anycolor Consumables through our support team at info@anycolor-africa.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the seller will be in contact as with Anycolor Consumables
Disclaimer of Warranty
If Anycolor Consumables repairs your product under warranty or extended service contract, the repairs will be covered solely by the terms of the warranty or extended service contract and any applicable provisions of law. If your product is repaired outside of warranty, Anycolor Consumables warrants
- That repairs will be performed in a competent and workmanlike manner
- ) that all parts used to repair your product will be free form defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days for both express exchange and per-incident onsite repairs services unless otherwise specified by Anycolor Consumables.
If a defect exists in a replacement part during the part’s warranty period as identified in the preceding sentence, at its sole discretion, Anycolor Consumables will
- Repair the part, using new, used or reconditioned parts
- Replace the part with a new, used or reconditioned equivalent part, or
- Refund the fair market value of the part.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
This program is subject to change or termination at any time, without notice, by Anycolor Consumables Company.
If our company is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that Anycolor Consumables may continue to sell products to you.
